I know it's strange but I really don't like fruit. I can tolerate certain kinds in small doses but I despise melon. (If you want to win my heart don't ever try putting cantaloupe, honeydew or watermelon in front of me - blech!) That being said, I have to work hard to find ways to trick myself into eating it. Smoothies are my favorite recipe. Also, putting fruit into pretty bowls seems to work. Now every time I open the fridge, I'm inspired to grab a handful of berries.
