Hearts Are Floating For...An American In Paris

Every time we visit NYC, we make sure to take in a Broadway show. Bill was a good sport and let me pick what we would see. Our past few visits, An American in Paris was sold out probably due to its numerous Tony Awards. This trip we were able to get tickets to the matinee. It incorporates three things I love - set in the 1940s, ballet and Paris. If you can't see the Broadway version, I highly recommend the movie which is equally as magical.

Hearts Are Floating For...Central Park in the Winter

I've walked through Central Park more times than I can count. But each time feels special and unique. Sometimes it's because we'll stumble across a new section of the park like Belvedere Castle. Others, it's the time of year. In summer, locals lounging or playing frisbee in Sheep Meadow. The crunching leaves on the winding pathways in the fall. And this past visit, hours after a fresh snowfall, finding little treasures like this tiny snowman greeting park goers.
