I'm still a bit of a novice in the kitchen. If I have a recipe, I do okay most of the time. But I just haven't worked my way up to being able to open the fridge and improvise. For now, I stick to recipes on the easier side so when I saw this, I knew I had to try it. Mediterranean food is one of my favorites, especially hummus, tabbouleh, and stuffed grape leaves. I plan to have this for lunch all week with whole wheat pita bread.
